Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be added to the total amount paid by the user.

In case of a return, Erdvark Design S.L. will refund the total amount paid by the user (including initial shipping costs) minus the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a production defect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

International (United Arab Emirates, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zeland, Singapore):

25€ | Free: orders over 250€

International returns: customs charges will be deducted from the amount to refund.

United Kingdom:

£25 | Free: orders over £250
