 We want you to be delighted with your Anton Heunis purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, we've got you covered! Here's what you need to know:

  1. Decision Time:

 You have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to decide if they're the perfect fit for you.

  1. How to Initiate a Return:

 Email us at customerservice@antonheunis.com with your name, address, phone number, item name, SKU number, and a brief reason for the return.

Wait for a confirmation email from the Anton Heunis team!

  1. Packaging Requirements:

Only return items in their original box and packaging, without any damage.

Include the authenticity card that sealed the gem.

Please note that only pieces with the security tag attached will be eligible for a refund.

Ensure the outer packaging is the same as the one we sent, with no additional labels or information.

 

  1. Returns Within Spain, Portugal, and Andorra:

 For these locations, our courier will collect the package at your preferred time.

  1. International Returns:

 For the rest of the world, we'll send you a shipping label from our designated freight forwarder (usually Fedex or DHL).

Print the label, stick it on the original packaging, and contact the chosen freight forwarder. Find your local office details on fedex.com or dhl.com.

Customs charges will be deducted from the amount to refund.

  1. Partial vs. Complete Order Returns:

 If it's a partial return, with only some items being returned, there will be no extra charge.

If the complete order is being returned, a 10 Euro delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.

 

Additional Information:

 Erdvark Design S.L. is committed to delivering the purchased goods to the User's specified address as indicated in the order form (please note that products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or public places). 

Shipping costs will be incurred by the purchaser and will be clearly outlined in the total costs.

 Upon completion of the purchase, the User will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for the order.

In the event that the product arrives in poor condition, please notify our Customer Service Department by calling +34 915 215 227 or writing to customerservice@antonheunis.com within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim. The User should provide the reference number and a brief description of the product defect.

Subsequent instructions on how to proceed will be provided.

 After this 24-hour period, Erdvark Design S.L. will not be liable for any claims related to product condition.
