Shipping

Erdvark Design S.L. undertakes to deliver the purchased goods by the User in the designated address for that purpose in the order form (no products will be delivered to PO Boxes or public places). Expenditure incurred in the shipping will be borne by the purchaser and will be specified in the total costs to pay.

Once the purchase is completed, the User will receive a confirmation email where the tracking number of the order will be included.

If the product arrived in poor condition, it should be notified by calling or writing to our Customer Service Department (+34 915 215 227 or customerservice@antonheunis.com) within 24 hours of receipt to make the claim. The User will always have to provide the reference number and a brief description of the product defect, and after this, further instructions about how to proceed will be provided.

After this period Erdvark Design S.L. will not be liable for any claims for this reason.

Returns and exchanges

The User/purchaser shall have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to determine if he/she finally accepts the product purchased. These fourteen days will be computed from the receipt of the goods by the Purchaser.

If the User decides to return the item(s), they must contact customerservice@antonheunis.com indicating their name, address, phone number, name and sku number of the piece and a brief description of the reason for the return. They must receive a confirmation email from Erdvark Design S.L.

Only jewels in its original box and packaging, without any deterioration, and always including the authenticity card that sealed the gem will be accepted. The outer packaging shall be the same as the one sent previously without any labels or information it may have, and properly closed.

For returns within Spain (peninsula), Portugal and Andorra, the courier MRW will collect the package within the time interval requested by the User/purchaser. In the rest of EU contries, the User/purchaser will contact Fedex (please check fedex.com for the contact info that applies to your country) and hand over the package to them, having previously sticked on it the FedEx label that came with the order.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs will be charged to the User and will be part of the total amount to be paid. In case of a return, Erdvark Design S.L. will refund the total amount paid by the User (shipping costs included) minus the shipping costs of the return. However, if the return is due to a production defect, the shipping costs for the return will be free.

Applicable law

This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall apply to matters not provided for in this agreement on the interpretation, validity and performance.
