 We want you to be delighted with your Anton Heunis purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, we've got you covered! Here's what you need to know:
  1. Decision Time:
The User/purchaser shall have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to determine if he/she finally accepts the product purchased. These fourteen days will be computed from the receipt of the goods by the Purchaser.
  1. How to Initiate a Return:
If the User decides to return the item(s), they must contact customerservice@antonheunis.com indicating their name, address, phone number, name and sku number of the piece and a brief description of the reason for the return. They must receive a confirmation email from Erdvark Design S.L.
  1. Packaging Requirements:
Only jewels in its original box and packaging, without any deterioration, and always including the authenticity card that sealed the gem will be accepted.The outer packaging shall be the same as the one sent previously without any labels or information it may have, and properly closed.
  1.  Returns Within Spain:
For returns within Spain, the User/purchaser will take full responsibility of the return of the parcel, covering its shipping cost.
  1.  International Returns:
The user/purchaser will contact us to provide with instructions on the return process. In orders where the User/purchaser made use of a free shipping promotion (orders over 250€ included), the User/purchaser will take full responsibility in case of the return of the order. We will only assess the refund once we physically receive the parcel.
Additional Information
Erdvark Design S.L. is committed to delivering the purchased goods to the User's specified address as indicated in the order form (please note that products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or public places). Shipping costs will be incurred by the purchaser and will be clearly outlined in the total costs.
Upon completion of the purchase, the User will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for the order.In the event that the product arrives in poor condition, please notify our Customer Service Department by calling +34 915 215 227 or writing to customerservice@antonheunis.com within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim.
The User should provide the reference number and a brief description of the product defect.
Subsequent instructions on how to proceed will be provided.After this 24-hour period, Erdvark Design S.L. will not be liable for any claims related to product condition.
